Ein Prosit
Genuine German restaurant with grilled specialties. Ein Prosit is a genuine German beer-restaurant located in downtown Bilbao. His Germanic specialties are tasty sausages and cured meats and prepared daily by hand in his workshop.
His proposals to eat here are seductive. We recommend you start with a specialty soup for winter days, the rich Goulash Suppe; with a cream of broccoli; or a table of cold cuts produced by Hermann Thate. The latter consists of Fleischkäse (meatloaf), Presskopf (boar's head), Jagdwurst (cooked sausage) and Zungenwurst (sausage with tongue).
You can continue with their latest specialty, made exclusively for the Ein Prosit: deer hamburger. It's a different burger, mixing pork and venison, with a taste of bowl game but textured burger. Very rich. There are also pony and turkey.
And so you can not miss is the ideal complement, a good red wine Señorío de Bocos "Roble" (DO Ribera del Duero).
